Ministry Teams: Redeemer’s service opportunities are organized into Ministry Team areas which are categories of focus in terms of prayer, time and resources. This is the macro perspective, the big picture of areas to serve and work being done.

Ministry Action Teams: These specialized teams fall within each ministry area and have more focused scope and duration. You may not want to serve everywhere, but you feel gifted doing specific things. This provides the micro perspective of where the action happens and where to get involved.

WORSHIP, MUSIC & FINE ARTS

Planning worship service content, vocal and instrumental music, drama, audio/visual.

ADULT FORMATION-COMM LIFE

Teachers, small group leaders, study facilitators, prayer warriors, event planners.

CHILDREN, YOUTH & FAMILY

Teachers, sponsors, mentors, service projects, camp ministry, soccer, events, VBS, parenting.

CARE & PRAYER

Providing fun, quality beverages and treats while promoting community and fellowship as the body of Christ.

AFRICAN INTEGRATION

Working to plan events and activities aimed at broadening the integration effort of the church.

OUTREACH & MISSIONS

Promoting, developing, communicating missions and outreach to the church family.

COMMUNICATION

Distributing accurate information using verbal, printed, and electronic media.

PROPERTY

Creating a pleasant environment for events and ministries in our building and grounds.

FINANCE

Overseeing church financial functions, budgets, reports and guidelines, policies and resources.

ELDERS

Prayerfully nurturing the spiritual health and growth of the local church and staff.
